Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms of service (ToS) govern access to and use of the ÆTHERNA platform. By creating an account, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Description of the service

ÆTHERNA is an online wedding-planning platform that helps you manage guests, budget, tasks, seating plan, day-of programme, and collaboration with loved ones.

The service is offered as a free version (limited features) and paid versions (Couple and Planner).

3. Registration and account

Registration is open to any person of legal age. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Free plan

The free plan is available with no time limit and no credit card required. It includes up to 50 guests, 10 tasks, and 10 budget items.

5. Paid plans

Couple plan — One-time payment of €59. Lifetime access to all features with no quantity limit.

Planner plan — Professional subscription at €59 excl. tax / month or €590 excl. tax / year. Cancellable at any time. After cancellation, access is maintained for 90 days.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ÆTHERNA never has access to your bank details.

6. Right of withdrawal and refund

Couple plan — Pursuant to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium for which performance has begun with your agreement. However, if you have not used the service beyond the discovery phase, a refund may be granted upon request within 14 days of purchase.

Planner plan — Cancellable at any time from your Stripe portal. No prorated refund is issued for the current period.

7. Data ownership

Your wedding data (guests, budget, tasks, etc.) belongs to you. ÆTHERNA does not claim any ownership over the content you create. You can export your data at any time.

8. Service availability

ÆTHERNA strives to keep the service accessible 24/7. However, interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur. ÆTHERNA cannot be held liable for a temporary unavailability of the service.

9. Liability

ÆTHERNA is a planning aid tool. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information managed via the platform, nor for any data loss caused by misuse of the service.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@aetherna.fr. Deletion results in the permanent erasure of all your data within 30 days.

ÆTHERNA reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of abusive use or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to the terms

ÆTHERNA reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email of any substantial change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the publisher's jurisdiction.
