Yes — on the free plan, you can invite 1 collaborator. On Couple, you invite whoever you want: partner, bridal party, parents, wedding planner. For each person, you choose which pages they can access and whether they can edit them.

Your data stays accessible as long as you log in regularly — past wedding date or not. After 6 months without logging in, you'll receive a reminder email. You'll then have 3 months to reconnect. After that, your data will be deleted. It's our commitment to never hold on to what's no longer needed.

For an intimate wedding, absolutely. For a large wedding, the 50 guests — with up to 10 tasks and 10 budget items — let you test all the features under real conditions before deciding whether the Couple plan is right for you.
