Three ways to seat someone

Seats, always visible
Each table shows its seats taken out of its total, and warns you when it overflows. And if your guests outnumber the room, the top of the page says it and offers to add a table.
One version per moment
Ceremony, dinner, brunch: each moment has its own plan, and you keep several versions of it. You pick the one that counts — it's the one the guest list and the exports read.
Exportable for the caterer
An Excel workbook — one column per table, plus a 'Guest → Table' sheet — or a PNG image of the drawn plan. Exports are reserved for the Couple plan.
