Seats, always visible
Each table shows its seats taken out of its total. A full table says so and turns down the seat. And if your guests outnumber the room, the top of the page says it and offers to add a table.
One version per moment
Ceremony, dinner, brunch: each moment has its own plan, and you keep several versions of it. You pick the one that counts — it's the one the guest list and the exports read.
Exportable for the caterer
An Excel workbook — one column per table, plus a 'Guest → Table' sheet — or a PNG image of the drawn plan. Exports are reserved for the Couple plan.
