Every note carries its date, its author, and up to five thousand characters. The thread covers the whole studio, newest first. You find the decision and its context, six months later.
An @ or a # is enough
Type @ for a member, # for a wedding, a task or a line item: autocomplete suggests, the mention sticks to the note. It isn't decorative — one click on it opens the record itself.
Filters and search
Two checkbox filters — by author, by wedding — and a full-text search across note bodies. The counter reads "n notes · of m" as long as a filter is on.
